Mindfulness Meditation is a supportive, no-pressure class where you’ll feel calmer, more centered, and less stressed. In the studio or taking class online you choose to either sit in a chair or on a yoga mat. We feel our nervous system unwind to specifically chosen gentle music, while the teacher, Glenn, guides you through beautiful and meaningful visualizations and uplifting readings. Everyone finds expert guidance for how to release tension, with emphasis on ancient meditation breathing techniques and how to let go of today’s racing thoughts. You’ll feel safe and accepted and each class builds skills for daily use.
