Anusara Yoga, is built on three pillars: a life-affirming philosophy, Universal Principles of Alignment (five principles guiding optimal physical and energetic actions), and a supportive community (Kula).
Hatha Yoga is a gentle to moderate class focused on physical postures combined with breath awareness, and ending in relaxation. The class agenda includes a gentle warm-up, series of standing, seated, supine/reclined, and sometimes twisting or balancing poses, modifications for all levels, making it beginner-friendly yet still challenging. The class ends with a short period of relaxation (savasana) and/or short meditation.
