Students are taught proper alignment and breathing techniques in easy and understandable ways. Instructors are experienced teaching Principles of Alignment. These classes are especially well-suited for students recovering from illness, injury, or surgery or desiring a gentle class. Learning the Alignment Principles, students will reduce or erase pain in neck, shoulders, back, hips, knees, wrists, and feet.

Yoga Outside students need to,
- wear a mask until the class starts
- maintain a minimum of 6 feet of distance between mats and other students
- know that the teacher will not be doing any physical assists
- bring your own props
- If you do not have PunchPass-our studio software for signing up for classes, you can create an account and buy a class or class pack. You could also go to our online store to purchase classes
- Know that there are no bathroom facilities
