This 8-week series of Prenatal Yoga can help you relieve pain, decrease anxiety and stress and help you sleep.
It can also help to create more strength, flexibility and balance.
Yoga will help you to connect to your feminine intuition and feel a deeper level of trust.
The series begin on Saturday September 11th from 10:30-noon.
Last day is November 6th. (no class on October 30th)
If you have to miss a class, you will receive access to a recording of that class that is good for one week.
Elizabeth is certified as a 200-hour Yoga Teacher as well as a Certified Prenatal instructor.
- Please do not attend class if you have any symptoms of being ill or have been recently exposed to Covid
- Please arrive at the studio 10 minutes before class starts.
- Please sanitize your hands when you walk into the studio with the touchless hand sanitizer.
- Please respect social distancing of 6 feet apart.
- Please wear a mask in the studio anytime you aren’t on your yoga mat. This includes if you leave your mat to use the bathroom and when you leave the studio after class.
- Studio props are available. If you use a FHYS yoga mat you will be required to clean it after you use it
